Hello,
I had someone look at my handler and they said the circuit board went bad. He rigged one of the wires so that the fan would run and this would let the A/C come on. (I am in Florida) I called a company that worked on my friends unit and he instructed me to buy the WR 50A65-853 Model, but I am looking on-line and some websites say it will replace the 50A65-475 and some say it WON'T. I keep going out and looking at the board and the 853 doesn't really match the one in my Trane XE-80. I did find a site that sent me to a Trane part # CNT03798 and it looks similar. Please help I am a little confused on which to get. Thank you.
P.S. I have an electric air and gas furnace

YOU will have to make the decission as to weather or not YOU can make it work. If not call a pro and spend the extra bucks.I believe it will work but do not want to leave you with that impression since it is always a possibility it will not unless it is wired correctly.
