Can't figure this out. Fuses are fine. I have replaced the circuit board and all bulbs. Relaced the headlight switch also and searced for bad wires and connections. Im at a loss and would really appreciate anyone's advice. Thanks

Check the ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.

Thank you, but do you think the ignition switch would prevent the lights from coming on when I turn on the headlights? They should come on without needing to use the key at all wouldn't they?
