I am on felony probation for a DWI and have been for almost three years. I need to know how I can get off early.

How long were you sentenced to probation? Have you done all of your community service, paid all your fines, been up to date with all your reporting to the PO monthly? If so, I would suggest that you speak to your PO and ask them. If you have done more than half and at best 3/4 of your time, you MAY be eligible for early termination. Ask.

Ask your PO - in some States on a DWI charge you cannot. NYS is one of them.

Talk to your PO (as others have said). Its possible that even if your probation can't be ended, you can get it moved to a non-reporting status.
