:mad:At school I was a perfect angel and even made the A B honor roll, but my mom thinks I can do better. I try my best she is mad because I don't get straight A's. I stay locked away in my room because she doesn't let me go anywhere or have any friends. I also went a private school with only 4 students in the whole school for 11 years. I'm 13 now in High School and because of that I don't have any social skills.Recently I got really mad at my teacher and just completely ignored everything she said. So she called my mom, I hate her even more for that, now me,her, and my mom are about to have a confrence. I don't think it's that serios. Is it?:(

What's serious is the next how ever many years of your life and how much your Mom loves you. That is the reason for her actions, they may not be the best way to handle things, but maybe it is out of love and some deep fear. <- That is the truth for me and my 14 yr old. I'm very protective right or wrong out of a small amount of fear. So cut her a little slack. Why this is about your future is because they both see something happening in your life and inside you that is changing "who" you are. They want you to be happy and successful. You do have social skills and you are very smart. Talk to your mom before the conference and get on the same page as her. Remember she is on your team.
