I need a sample letter on how to reply to summon? I received this yesterday and I don't know what to do. It's just a small claim from the creditor.
Please help!

The format depends a little bit by State. What State? I would hesitate to give a generic answer.
What is your defense to the Summons?

Check out your State's judicial website, they sometimes post "sample" pleadings that you can use as a guideline.
