I am 22, height 155cm.50kg.

I want to have expanded bones and more weight so that I will be looking like the person of correct age. Now I am looking like 15year boy. This makes me depression.

Kindly give the suggestions and advice.

Hi,
Depression is caused by not liking yourself as you are. There might not be any way of having bigger bones!
Lots of exercise and healthy eating can make you look better, but might not be as big and muscular as you want to be.
Try eating things with lots of calories, for weight gain. Then, exercise to stop all those calories from turning into fat, and you will gain some.
Best of luck.

Your answer so far is on target. There is NO way of having bigger bones, that is genetic. If you want to look "buff" you should develop a proper exercise routine as well as a diet suited to turn fat into muscle.

At age 22, some people are still developing, not all, but some. Please see your doctor for a proper exercise routine as well as a well balanced diet.

Some "diet" drinks on the market that say they will give you energy and help bulk up muscles will cause liver and/or kidney damage. Please see a professional.
