I just had a judgement against me filed in court . Its for a collection agency who sued me. I went in there by myself since I couldn't afford an attorney. I wrote the court and they sent the letter to the agency before the court date that I had no job since 2004, I had no income ,and I own no property, and I have no savings, no nothing. I also have other outstanding(credit card, hospital, ems, doctors, bills, ). I didn't even know who this bill was from. The other attorney answered a long detailed description of his "client" and how I owed but never did say who it was. I know I do owe credit card bills I never Paid but I had no idea who he was representing. I never maxed my credit cards out I just stopped paying because I lost my job. I was sued for over $2,000.00. I know none of by bills were for that amount. Now that I lost, what will happen? I have no income or job. I have nothing and I explained to the judge but he still ruled in favor of the collection agency. What should I do? And I told the judge because of my medical condition I knew there was no way I would ever be able to return to work, and I have no insurance to go to a doctor.
