I am a boy. Since I was a little child my nipples were very seisitive. A little rub took me to heavens. When I used to exercise I put a tape on my nipples so that I won't feel sex and get embarrassed in public. But now my nipples have lost more than 90% of sensitivity. I also have gynecomastia under both nipples for many years. Nowadays I am taking an antipsychotic medicine called risperdal because of which I feel less sex as compared to feeling sex many times a day before I was taking risperdal. Why I lost so much of my nipples' sensitivity and how can I gain nipples' sensitivity as before? Also tell me do other men also have sensitive nipples like me and women.

It varies, from guy to guy - it's nothing abnormal, it could well be the medication you're taking that caused the low sex drive and that sexual part of you is a bit 'dormant' right now and that's why you're simply not aware of the sensations - I would speak to my doctor about it.
