This is a question and answer site that's like a huge encyclopedia of knowledge, but not a site where people join for the purpose of meeting others.

Regarding getting a girlfriend, probably the best way to do that is to join some social groups and/or clubs where there'll likely be people your own age who hopefully will also have similar interests as you.

Actually Pakistan is one of those countries that still has institutionalized arrainged weddings. Casual dating between the sexes is frowned upon in much if not all of the country, and that part of the world. He does not have many of the options open to us.
