My now ex-boss violated some labor codes.

She fired me over the phone. Which obviously leads to not having my check. And then that leads to not having my check or letting me know when or where I'd get it for three days.

How do I report her violations?

Where are you from,

Firing over the phone may not be normal, ( well actually it is where I am at, depending on the reasons)
If they are not at work, you phone and tell them not to come in again.

But I guess it is a issue on the check, since here, you get your last check on the next scheduled pay day.

So after you are fired if you were suppose to get check within a time frame, you go into the office to get your check.

Sorry, sounds like you are upset over being fired and want to report something on them.

Turned out they actually violated California law. They are supposed to have my check immediately upon termination and she didn't have it for three days. I reported her for that and she had to pay me an extra $120 bucks!
