Can you become a police officer with an expundged felony on your record?



I very much doubt it but it might depend on the how much time has passed, what the original charge was, how large/small the Police Department is.

You should contact the police department that you wish to join and speak with them directly for the correct answer to this question. I know some officers who did have felonies/misdemeanors, etc and still joined. It's essentially all up to that particular department.
