I'm 22, still I'm lean and I don't have enough body.at 22 I don't have moustache and beard too.my friends tease me.so get me some effective tips to become fat and also beard and moustache to grow?thanks

Why would you want to become fat? Do you know all of the health problems related to being fat? Nah, you don't want to be fat.

Some men just don't grow facial hair. Be thankful you are not one of those men who have to shave 2 or 3 times a day. Many women don't even like hairy men.

You keep repeating questions here about the same things by starting new threads.

Please don't do that. It only causes confusion. You need to be patient and wait for someone to come along who knows about what you would like to know. Sometimes it can take a matter of hours or even days until the best person to address your question to come along.

We all give freely of our time here to answer questions.

Please be patient. While waiting, you might like to go to some other threads and help answer questions or use the search function to find questions that have been similar to yours and then see what the answers have been.

Eat Bananas and drink a lot of milk. I used to Wrestle and when we needed to gain weight we would eat and drink that along with our meals. How much? I would eat ~2 bananas and drink a glass of milk at each meal. If that doesn't help you I'm sorry... but that's what I do :D

Eat at McDonalds every day... you'll get fat, it's been proven. Get a couple Big Mac's, a supersized fries, and either a supersized pop or a large shake... then finish up with a ice cream Sunday. You'll put on weight... mark my words.
