He either don't like the food or he might have worms, maybe you should take him to a vet.

He was just dewormed on the 5th of this month. He is also current on his shots.

Are there any other signs like bloody diahrea or lethargy? A puppy is still succeptable to things like parvo until it has had all of its shots, even if it has already had one or two. I suggest bringing him to a vet promptly.

It might be something as simple as eating grass, which always makes my puppy vomit. And it is an odd because the first few days when I brought my puppy home she would not stop vomiting and couldn't keep her food down. It went away, and I just associated the vomiting with being nervous and anxious about being in a new place. Because she hasn't vomited since.

I think your puppy will feel better soon and think its from being nervous. But if the vomiting continues for more than a few days call a vet and ask what you can do. Because no matter the cause, the puppy might still become dehydrated and malnourished from puking up all his food which is very serious. Hopefully he feels better soon!

If there is no illness or other medical issue, I think you might have set him up for an upset tummy by switching his food.

It is highly recommended that puppies as young as yours continue eating the food that was given to it by its former caretaker. If you decide that you want to feed it a different kind of food, it needs to be added very slowly to the food it is used to. This usually means about 10% of the new food in the old food the first day, continually adding 10% more per day until it is the only type of food left.

If he continues to show any signs of issues, please take him to the vet.
