I have been searching forums all night and I see a lot of things but not exactly like mine.

Here is my issue;

Iam 19 years old I just recently had sex for the first time, of coarse it just so happened to be unprotected. Which is my only reason for concern. The girl is someone that I'm pretty sure is clean.

So I was master baiting a couple of weeks later maybe 2. After I finished I got this very od feeling it was a lot of pain but felt like a major itch at the same time. It was inside of my penis. It actually hurt so badly that I instantly went to the bathroom and pissed, which seemed to sooth it. Its felt like I had to keep going though. As in I wasn't finished wizin.

The next day it was a little sore so I decided to hold off on masturbation for a while.
Now being about 6-7 weeks after intercourse every now and again it feels a little itchy but never like the first time. Its doesn't really sting when I urinate. Like maybe once in a great while but I can urinate 5+ times daily and not have it sting. Also I have resumed masturbation and It doesn't hurt, nor do I get that same feeling after I have finished.

I'm just wondering if there is anyway I could have done some damage to the inside of my penis while masterbaiting. I'm not a violent masterbator but I do pull fast sometime lol.

Im not particularly worried about it because its not bothering me greatly just mostly curiosity.

I just want to know if Im worried because it was my first time, or if I actually could have damaged something while masterbaiting. Or hell even erritated an infection while masterbating.(only problem being I had 0 symptoms until that night when I jerked it.)

I know I should just go to the doctor but like I said, Financially its pretty bad.
I also don't have health insurance so the doctor is kind of a last resort.

I also want to add that the pain I felt the first time occurred the second time I masturbated but not after that. I also realized I left out that the actual physical pain stretched all the way to my anus. It was quit un-comfortable.

I have a lump wher my uretha is . Is that normal and I have no pain.
