Just break down 70 to it's smallest numbers (as in : a x b x c = 70) where none of the numbers can be divided by another number than 1 or itself.
Than count these smallest numbers (factors).
Example : 34 = 2 x 17 --> 1 x 2 x 17 = 34 --> 3 factors
Success !

Start by figuring out he prime numbers up to the square root of 70 (9x9=81, 8x8=64 so you don't need to go above 8.) Don't include 1 as a prime number.
Divide by the smallest, if you can. Divide the remainder by the smallest if you can; if not, try the next highest prime factor.
