My uncle has been diagnosed with lung cancer and is currently in the hospitol due to a recent stroke. His primary health insurance is ready to boot him out and send him home. He is in need of speech and occupational therapy due to the recent stroke. His insurance won't cover therapy or cost of a rehab center because they think that he will not be better in 30 days. He really needs this help and is not old enough for medicare. There has to be a loop hole somewhere so he can get the help he needs. Can anybody help me or give me suggestions? Please?:(

Are you certain that medicare won't help. Attached is a summary of "Who is Eligible" and they include persons with disabilities. I t can't hurt to check or maybe you have.
Also, is he a veteran? VA hospital.
That's the only possibilities I can think of. Good luck.
