I have a heat pump and ac unit outside. The inside blower fan still working but the outside unit humming. Are there any quick fixes here

Pull off cover and determine if it's the contacter humming, or maybe the compressor running

Is the condenser fan operating?

Check the breakers going to the heat pump at the inside breaker box and out at the unit.
