I recently came across a 3dimensional, black and white painting w/variations of gray. The painting appears to be painted on silk. It is a scene of an asian man standing in a boat, paddling down a river w/various trees and huts, with majestic dark clouds hovering over the landscape. I would like to know the origin and process type of painting this would be classified as... I will post a pic asap, but not able to do so at this time. Any info at this time is greatly appreciated. The artist signature is difficult to read, however appears to be "takita"

Hi, tracymarie!

I'm sorry that no one has yet come along to address your question!

If you could post a couple of images, one of whole painting and a close-up of the signature, that would be helpful!

What are the dimensions of the painting?

Are there any other markings - numbers, letters, words, names, etc. of any kind on the painting itself or on the frame? And if so, what are they, please?

We don't guarantee results here, but we can try!

Thanks!
