OK... im slightly apprehensive about putting this question up here cause I am so sensitive about the subject already and I have seen some of the criticism that other people have gotten.
But here goes...
I recently (within the last year) gained about 30-40 pounds very rapidly (in about 4 months) I am very unhappy and am also worried about my health as I know that I am now very overweight. I want to lose weight and exercise but I have some breathing problems that prevent me from doing anything even as little as walking quickly. I am very frustrated with this and the doctors haven't been able to give me any conclusive reasons or fixes for my breathing issues. It gets to the point where I almost pass out and my hands, etc start to go numb and my vision goes black... that will happen just from walking up the stairs. I am not THAT overweight that I should be that out of breath... plus I have always had this issue even when I was underweight some years ago.
So basically I am looking for any advice... I would also like some advice on some low impact exercises that will help me lose weight but don't really effect my breathing.
Oh and I have already been checked out by doctors as to why I have gained so much so fast and they didn't find anything wrong... which is good but puts me back to square one as to how to lose weight!
Thanks guys
