We all know that convictions show up on a livescan. I am an out-of-work teacher who has suffered from addiction problems in the past. Subsequently, I picked up a charge a 2nd degree burglary charge for stealing from a store. I left that jurisdiction and that charge turned into a warrant. Now at this point, that is not a conviction but does that warrant turn up on Livescan? I've been told by many people that it does, but they didn't research and they assume it does because it makes sense. However that doesn't give me a concrete answer. I need to know for sure if it does or doesn't.
