Well my cousin was in the system you have to take it up with who ever is in charge you have to have a clean record other wise you won't be able to get him back show that you care go viste him in where ever he is when they see you care they will know this kid has family that loves him your going to have to go through court too it took us 3 months my cousin is going on 2yrs old I in the united states I'm not sure if they same thing goes for brasil if not GET A lawyer or atorneyy.
