My sprayer in the kitchen sink allows half the water to come out the spicket when pressure is applied to the sprayer. Half out the sprayer and half still comes out the faucet. Help

You have a diverter that's not operating correctly.

There are several types ,(see images)but both types are located under the spout. I'll also put up a Delta Deck Faucet cutaway,(see image)Shut off the water and remove the spout. Check and clean out any crud that may not allow the diverter to seat. You may have to take the diverter in to a plumbing store and get it replaced. Good luck and thank you for rating my answer , Tom

Hello Paulseller,

I agree with Tom, and this is why I asked you about the brand and model Numer to tell you what is te diverter p/n to be changed, if you follow Tos's instructions you will be OK, Good Luck.
