Can you find information on seal adoption?

You can get SOME information, but generally can not get the records opened unless you can PROVE that there is a medical need.
The information you CAN get is through the adoption agency (sometimes), the adoptive family, and by the adopted person leaving their information at both the courthouse and adoption agency, and on boards like adoption.com, adoption.org and ISSR.
You, yourself, have no relation to the adoptee or the birthparents, and therefore really have NO reason to legally get information.
