Hi.. I have an interesting and perplexing problem and I was wondering
If anyone here could possibly shed some light on this for me.

I have a friend that has Hotmail and I have G-mail. Now... we get
Some of our email... but not ALL of them.

This has resulted in me missing dinner invitations and her thinking
That perhaps I was ignoring her emails.

Now... we are both in each others address books correctly and assuming
Everything is OK with how we send them etc... what are some possible
Causes of this mail just getting lost in Cyberspace?

Is this common? Perhaps Hotlmail and G-mail don't like each
Other.. LOL and if anyone could offer some possible solutions
That would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

That would be odd
For some reason sometimes emails get put into the outbox without being sent -

You can check your outbox for any unsent messages to make sure they are sent

Outbox and sentbox would be 2 different things - this is something to consider

Hi... No, we have BOTH checked all of our folders, including the OUTBOX. So... assuming everything is fine SETTINGS WISE... can mail ever get lost in "CYBERSPACE"?

Thank You

DAVID

How about the spam folder, sometimes a persons email gets put into the spam folder and depending on how settings are set, spam gets automatically deleted or put in a special folder, whether it be a junk folder or spam folder

If you use an antivirus that checks for spam, the antivirus may be set to delete or not allow the email through

In both situations, you should see if you are both in each others safe sender list

In hotmail, click on options then more options and then click
Safe and blocked senders and add other party to safe
