->Help I had sex with this chick on->2/15-16-17-08 without a condom but didn't in her she had sex with somebody else a week after we have that in her on 2/26/08 the baby first due date was 11/16/08 then they push it back to 11/24/08 she say the baby is mines then she say it ant could anyone help I bought a load of stuff for the baby

If you want the baby then he CAN be yours... if you want to know if he is biologically ( that you the father) yours then after he's born get a paternity test done. It's only a blood test... a little of yours and a little of the baby's. They are 99.9% accurate.

I agree with eileen1218... if you want the baby to be yours then just accept that he is yours and don't question it again. Otherwise do the paternity... you have to wait till the baby is born but I am pretty sure they can do it the day he/she is born. Even if you find out that the baby is not yours you can still be with the mother and can accept the baby as yours or even adopt the baby if you two get married someday... good luck

There is no way to tell if the baby is yours or not, until the baby is born and you do a DNA test.

So at this point and time it is wait and see.

And the pulling out is not a birth control method
