Chapter 13, and still paying for another 2 years. My question is, after getting done with my payments, will I still owe anything that was listed on my bankruptcy?

Here's a good website that will probably help you immensely.
Chapter 13 - Bankruptcy Basics (http://www.uscourts.gov/bankruptcycourts/bankruptcybasics/chapter13.html#work)
Hope this helps you :)

First is the issue of what debts can and can not be discharged, for example student loans can not be, so if you have student loans you still owe them.
But those debts that can be discharged, will be, once the judge rules o a final discharge order.
These are issues your attorney needed to tell you about when you filed.

Exactly - listed debts (which is why it's important to list all debts) which are legally dischargeable in bankruptcy are, in fact, discharged, when the terms of the bankruptcy are met; debts which are NOT legally dischargeable (or incurred during the pendency of the Petition) are NOT discharged.
As Frchuck said - this is why it's important to speak to a knowledgeable Attorney - sometimes Bankruptcy is NOT the best way to go.
