I have a bathtub that when I fill it up with water and it drains it causes the commode that is next to it bubble and gurgle, please help.

The toilet is acting as your vent because you real vent stack is plugged. Rod it from the roof with a sewer auger and enough snake to reach roof to basement floor plus 20'
