We have two outside spigots, one on either side of the house. The water is turned on and one works and one does not. The knob turns but no water comes out. What could be the problem?

We have two outside spigots, one on either side of the house. The water is turned on and one works and one does not. The knob turns but no water comes out. What could be the problem?

Are you sure that the hose bib doesn't have a inside shut off?
Have you turned the water off to the house, opened up the valve and flushed out the line? Do you need instructions on how to do this? Regards, Tom
