Is child support supposed to be 25% of obligor's net pay plus health care, for two children?
OR
Is child support supposed to be 25% of obligor's net pay, and the health care cost is factored into that amount? In other words, if you were owed $1,400 for 25%, and health care cost was $400, then you would only receive $1,000.
