Some where on my new computer with Vista I saw an option to set programs to one click to open them instead of double click but I moved on and now don´t know where to find it. Where might I find it?

Open Windows Explorer
Click on Tools > Folder Options > General [tab]
Choose the item labeled "Single click to open an item (point to select)"
Click OK

In Vista, the Folder Options are accessible through the Control Panel, too.

Worked perfectly and the illustration really helped since my Vista is in Spanish.
