My friend's dad was Hungarian, married to a South African woman. Is my friend eligible to apply for dual citizenship then? He would like to visit his Hungarian family next year, but would obviously need a visa, if not allowed to have dual citizenship. Please help!:)

IF your friend is an American citizen, then he can go to Hungary with an American passport. A visa should be NO problem.
