1) Sin/ Csc + Cos/ Sec =1
2) sin^2/Sec^2-1 = Cos^2
3) tan/sin =sec
4) 1/1-sin^2=1+tan^2
I really need helpp!

I'll do the last one. The first one, I don't understand. The second and third are simple, if you know your formulae.
\frac{sin^2}{sec^2-1} = cos^2
sec^2-1 = tan^2 = \frac{sin^2}{cos^2}
\frac{sin^2}{\frac{sin^2}{cos^2}} = cos^2
sin^2 \times \frac{cos^2}{sin^2} = cos^2
cos^2= cos^2

Please, learn your formulae!
tan^2 + 1 = sec^2
cos^2 + sin^2 = 1
1 + cot^2 = cosec^2
tan = \frac{sin}{cos}
tan = \frac{1}{cot}
cos = \frac{1}{sec}
sin = \frac{1}{cosec}
