My dad is still giving my mom childsupport for me even thou I'm 17, have a baby, and live with my boyfriend. Should he still have to pay childsupport for me?

Well when court ordered, child support is paid until you are 18. Do you use the money on things you need? Or does your mom use it for herself?

In some cases child support will continue until the child graduates from college. If this is a problem for your father then he might be able to go to court to change it, however if it's only until you turn 18, then it might not be financially worth it.

You dad has to pay until he takes her back to court to get the support stopped.. Also is this current or back payments.

But he may see that it is only a few months till you are 18 it is cheaper to pay the support than hire an attorney and go back to court.
