I remember watching this when i was younger, i know its from the 90's its about a little girl, and her parents hate her, and she learns she has magic and that shes a witch and she starts going to school. Once she starts school she finds out its like prison the princapal is so mean. Theres also this fat little boy who eat the princacplas cake. Please tell me what movie this is!! :)
