How to put music on your iPod shuffle from a cd

You insert your cd into your computer... go to itunes... and you click on import. You can then choose what songs from the cd you want. After it is done... plug your iPod into your computer and it will download anything that is new to itunes.

Wow, whenever I use windows media player and sync to my iPod shuffle,the music plays on the player but when I turn on my iPod,nothings there,I bet the windows media player just makes a file it doesn't actually "put on" music on my iPod... someone please tell me how to put musiic on my iPod shuffle without downloading from itunes or paying any money PLEASE HELP!

You cannot download music to your iPod from windows media.
It HAS to be itunes.
You don't have to pay for itunes to be on your computer. You just go to the site and download it.
If you don't want to pay for songs, just use cd s that you have and put them into itunes.
