My furnace ignighter lights, pilot light does not. No gas comes out of smart valve to pilot light. Is the ignighter or the smart valve to blame?

Is there no gas coming out of the valve itself or just the pilot assembly?
The reason for the question is that the pilot orifice could be plugged up or restricted.

If there is no pilot gas coming out of the valve then it could be the valve itself or a problam the smart valve does have and that is the wiring does not make good contact at the valve itself. This is a known problem.

Next if the wiring is nbot the problem then check to be sure the smart valve is getting power to operate the pilot section or the valve itself.

If all that checks out and the power supply is correct then it is probably a defective valve. If the voltage is not getting to the valve then the system needs to be traced out to find that problem. There is a wiring diagram on the back of the blower door for your system.
