I installed the kodak easyshare new version, 7.1 and now the program won't open,. it did with the older version.. can you help?

Did it say installed properly?
Have you tried to restart PC since installed and try again?
If running vista, try right clicking on it and run as admin
If running vista, is it compatible?
Was it a fresh install or did you install over old one?
What comes up if anything when it is opened?
