I had to reconnect Outlook Express to my ISP and, as usual, it came back with its welcome screen, which really annoys me! I want to go straight to the Inbox but it won't let me! I have and unchecked all the appropriate boxes but nothing works. Please help before I lose my mind!! Thank you.:(

Registry
Warning If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. If uncomfortable with using Registry Editor, see if you can find someone who is comfortable and that you can Trust. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
(1) Open your registry ( start > run "regedit" )
(2) Navigate to the key : HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Outlook Express
and create a new value called 'NoSplash' in the key .
(3) Change the value to equal '1' to disable the splash screen or '0' to enable it.
(4) Exit the registry and restart Outlook Express.

Thank you but I do not touch Regedit and don't know anyone who would!! I wouldn't even know how to do what you are suggesting!

I do not blame you at all for not wanting to play with registry, unfortunately I have found several sources for this and all involve the above registry change.
Sometimes there is a batch file that will do the registry change for you, but unable to find such a tweak for that specific option.

Apparently I have recently given you feedback and now the powers that be won't let me do it again! Sorry!
