The laptop is connected via wireless and I can see the two other desktop pc's on the network, but I can't see the laptop from my desktops. I can view folders on the desktops from the laptop, but not visa versa. What can I do to correct this?

Thanks.

The usual culprit is one of the following:
1. Firewall configuration on laptop prevents desktops from connecting.
2. File sharing model (Windows Explorer > Tools > Folder Options > View Tab > "Use simple file sharing") not consistent among all computers.
3. Laptop does not have a local user account with the same name and password as the logged in desktop account that is trying to access the laptop.
4. Share and NTFS permissions on laptop resources to be shared are set incorrectly.
5. Local security policy limits use of user accounts with blank passwords to console logins only.
