I am new at this, my question is how do I replace a single wall switch that controls a vanity light and a fan, with a combination single pole double switch with ground. (cooper 3282W) Can any one show me a schematic or give give some info?

I doubt you'll be able to without adding some wiring. It is quite likely that the wiring goes from the light to the fan, or the other way around. It is highly unlikely that there is a separate wire to both things.

By combination switch, do you mean a combination of a switch and an outlet? If so this can only be done if the power source comes directly to the switch box. If the power goes to the light or fan and a switch leg is run to the switch the outlet cannot be made to function because there is no neutral wire at the switch box.
Let us know.

I want to wire a combination switch and another outlet where the plug on the combination unit and the other two plugs are all controlled by the switch. What is my set up?

This only works when power is being fed to the switch. If power is being fed to the light, you will not have a neutral at the switch location and cannot make it work.
