What is the generic equivalent to either CREON 10, and PANGESTYME? Need less expensive meds

The next time you go into your pharmacist, just tell them that you want the generic equivalent. You are allowed to request them. It doesn't matter if your Dr. has written the prescription for the name brand. I have never heard of the Meds that you have mentioned, but certainly your pharmacist would. If your pharmacist won't comply with your request, I would switch pharmacies, and find one that will.
