I have replaced the right rear turn signal bulb for my 2003 Buick Century
But it still does nt work... It flashes rapidly on the dashboard indicator. The Left
Side is OK... I want to find the "flasher"... Can someone tell me its location...

Check the under-dash fuse/relay box.

Just saw this post, if not corrected by now, flasher and fuse are likely OK.
Turn on your 4 way Flasher, and walk around vehicle, look for the bad bulb.
Newer Vehicles flash quick when a bulb is out, in the old days? They would stop or flash slow.
