My husband worked for a trucking company. Going down a ramp onto the interstate,(not a clover leaf type ramp) he had an accident with the semi he was driving and it rolled over onto it's top. He was carrying an over sized load, which he has done many times in the past. He is not sure what exactly happened but thought maybe he was going to fast as he felt the truck starting to tip which caused the entire truck to tip. But now wonders if maybe the load shifted from not being properly loaded? Just not sure as he has never had a load shift before. Long story short, He was not injured in any major way, received NO tickets, but was fired from his job. All his belongings that were in the truck were smashed or had diesel fuel on them (clothing) so they were trashed. He also lost his dentures in this accident. The company states that their Insurance will not cover any of these items as they are considered personal property. Which we can live with, but should they not cover his dentures ? Thanks for your time. Liz

Dentures are considered personal property of your husband like his clothing, shaving products, toothbrush, etc.
