What is the animated children's movie where a tractor trailer runs over a disgarded broken beer bottle and ends up rolling over sending toxic fumes into a forest where it's killing all the plant and animal life and ends up going into the homes of animals and gets the parents and siblings sick and the only way to save them is to get this special plant on this clift,And along the way they encounter humans in white hazmat suits settling out traps for the animals to try to get them out of the toxic forest, giant birds, and they have to build this flying thing to react said plant.I know ones a mouse and there's also a porcupine but there are a few other critters in their group as well... I think it's maybe from the 80's to early 90's. HELP please!
