HELP ME!
I'm looking for a cartoonmovie, I believe it was made in the early 90s. It's a about a polarbear(icebear or something) who is chosen to be the leader. His mum is the queen I think. But to prove that he can be their leader, he has to climb up a waterfall. The first time he tries he fails, and runs away in shame. I think he finds some kind of circus, and become friends with a panda(?). He returns to the waterfall, and his family, later in he movie, strong enough to manage the quest. WHAT IS NAME OF THIS MOVIE?

I have looked everywhere.. If you have a clue about what I'm speaking about, just shout out! :)
