I NEED HELP! I have been trying to download stuff off the web for a month now and I can't get it to work. I click download then I click run and it acts like its working then it does nothing. I have done a search on my system and can't find what I tried to download. Please help me.

What are you trying to download?

Have you tried the "save" option instead of run?

Did it used to work?

Are you using IE or Firefox

Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any software or hardware that you installed or setup.
