My 18 month son spilled crazy glue on his legs, in panic I tried washing it of with a sponge in his bathtub. A day has passed and the spots where I cleaned him are red. Does crazy glue burn skin? Or is just redness from rubbing his skin?
Please someone advise..

You should have called the number on the bottle right away. This stuff is not good to get on adults skin let alone a little kids. I know it was not your fault and it was an accident so I am not placing blame, but to avoid scars and pain for your little boy you should get him to a doctor to have the red marks checked out.
