I have a DVD/CD burner which is able to read DVD/CD. But the problem is that it cannot burn any DVD/CD regardless of any burning software I use. I have been using nero all along without any problem.

This problem had started when I had insatlled Roxio. I even tried to format my HD, then installed nero but still it's unable to bun.Please help me.

This will happen when install dvd burning apps when others are already installed, it is common

Even if you unistall roxio, the uppper a d lower filters in registry may remain there and still cause problem
