How many grams of Al2O3 can be produced from 15.0g Al show work

You shouldn't just type your homework probem and xpect us to solve it for you. You must take a stab at it, show us how far you get before you get stuck, and then someone will help you out.

Firstly, how can you obtain Al2O3 from Al? WRITE an equation linking the two substances.

Then, you'll see how many moles of Al react to form Al2O3.

Find the number of moles, in 15.0g of Al. Depending on how many moles of Al2O3 produced per mole of Al, you'll have the number of moles of Al2O3 produced from 15.0g of Al.

Finally, using the relative formula mass of Al2O3, you can have the mass of the Al2O3 produced.
