View Full Version : Book by Southern (male) author?
[F]:) Hi -
I read a book a couple of years ago by a Southern (male) author; he references eating at Paschal's at the Atlanta airport and also references the height of Vestal Goodman's hair, and canning homemade soup. He has also been on NPR's "All Things Considered".
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Not on your author but Paschal was a great place to eat in the earlier days, it of course moved from its original location a few years ago ( off MLK) and is now a few miles away at a new location. ( much more up scale but not near as nice in my opinion)
Not the answer but had to plug a really great historicial eating place.
Paschal diner was one of the locations M L King used to meet with various civil rights leaders.
